Believe it or not it’s easy to make changes to your life so that you’re in balance again.  Wellness coaching can help you achieve this and the Wellness & Wellbeing program is your ticket to a more balanced and fulfilled life.  Not only that by you will be less mentally fatigued and stressed, but your body will feel whole again.  Meaning that you will have more energy throughout the day, will sleep better and spend less time at the doctor’s.  Also you will gain control of your emotions, bringing the highs and lows into balance and stopping comfort eating.  And finally you will find spiritual balance (no matter what your beliefs are).

The Wellbeing & Wellness Program Outline

 

The Wellness & Wellbeing Package is broken down into 12 weeks and covers various topics.  It covers techniques to balance the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self.  Not to mention you also come away with an action plan for your goals, your blueprint to success.

 

The topics for the 12 weeks are:

Week 1 – Discovery

Week 2 – Goals and Actions

Week 3 – Nutrition & Exercise

Week 4 – 7 Remove anxiety and negative emotions

Week 8 – Stress & Resilience

Week 9 – Habits

Week 10 – Comfort Eating

Week 11 – Reiki Session (optional, or body positivity if you don’t want to participate)

Week 12 – Review

Breakdown of the Wellbeing & Wellness Program

 

Week 1 – Discovery – This is where we have a look at your life to see what is out of balance and is lacking.  It will form the basis of the 8 weeks so you can have a personalised program.

Week 2 – Goals and Actions – Find out what your goals are.  The goal could be a 1 month goal or a life goal.  You’ll find out that every goal is achievable, no matter how big, with the right strategy and plan in place.  You will come away with an action plan, your blueprint to success, so you know you will achieve your goal in the future.

Week 3 – Nutrition & Exercise  – Learn how exercise and nutrition can improve mood and ultimately reduce stress & anxiety.  Find balance in your body again.  You will be given expert tips on what to eat that will save you time and money at the shops and in the kitchen.  Not only that you will come away knowing what exercise to do so that you’re not using trial and error to get the best results.

Week 4 – 7 Anxiety & Negative Emotions – Using transformation coaching remove anxiety and negative emotions that are causing you to stress and be anxious in life.

Week 8 – Stress & Resilience – Find emotional equilibrium again by addressing stress & anxiety.  You will learn the secret for reducing anxiety and eliminating stress that I discovered over 10 years of trial and error.  Learning this secret will save you years, if not decades of figuring it out for yourself.  Not only that you will build resilience to cope with life’s ups and downs.

Week 9 – Habits – Put health on autopilot by adding habits to your lifestyle.  You will become aware of what habits you currently have so that you can identify what needs to change.  Then you will receive an action plan to instil new habits into your life so that health becomes effortless.

Week 10 – Comfort Eating – Many times when we are stressed and anxious we resort to comfort eating.  Learn how to reduce your desire to comfort eat and get rid of the cravings of one of your favourite foods. 

Week 11 – Reiki Session (optional) (or Body Positivity if you don’t want to participate) –  Find spiritual balance with a hands on healing session.  Remove negative emotional blocks and balance your Chakras so that you can have a renewed lease on life.

Week 12 – Review – The 8 weeks completes with a review of everything that you’ve learnt and incorporated into your life.  See how much you’ve changed in the 8 weeks and make a commitment to continue your health and wellness into the future.

FAQs

 

Q: What is a Health Coach?

A:  A health coach is someone that has training in nutrition and health to help people improve their health to get the most out of life

 Q:  What is Reiki?

Reiki is a hands on healing modality that was founded in Japan.  It uses universal life force to balance the energetic body and Chakras and help with releasing emotions.  If you do not believe in this kind of thing, that’s ok.  Having a Reiki treatment is completely optional.  

Q:  What if I don’t have time? 

A:  There is always time in the day.  The sessions are one hour in length and at a time that suits you.  It can be at any frequency that you like:  once a week, once a fortnight or once a month.

Q:  I don’t have the money to spend on coaching. 

A:  I offer a payment plan for paying off the coaching sessions.  Pay up front and get a savings of $100 or choose between a 3 month plan or a 6 month payment plan. 

Q:  I’ve tried everything and nothing’s worked.

A:  I have a tested and tried health plan that can help you to improve your health and mood.  Without structure and a plan it’s very easy to fail.
