What is NLP?
Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) is about how we communicate with ourselves and to other people.
The brain consists of 95% unconscious and 5% conscious. The unconscious mind sees everything and can take in large amounts of information but the conscious mind can only take on a small amount of information.
Therefore the conscious mind has to modify information as it comes in. It does this by generalising, deleting and distorting what it sees, feels, hears, tastes and smells. This is influenced by our limiting beliefs and perceptions. These beliefs and perceptions generally come from childhood but no longer serve us as adults.
By removing limiting beliefs using NLP you can take away all blocks that stop you having everything you want in life and getting the life you want.
An NLP session consists of using language and linguistics to make fundamental changes to what you believe and perceive.
Q: What if I don’t have time?
