Breakdown of the Body Beautiful Transformation Program
Week 1 – Discovery – We will look at all aspects of your life to see what parts are lacking. This will form the foundation of the 8 weeks so you can have a personalised program.
Week 2 – Meal Plan – We will sit together and choose meals that you want to eat so you know that you’ll enjoy them and so will the kids. You will discover how many calories that you need to support yourself throughout the day (don’t worry we’re not calorie counting). Remember it’s different for each person and lifestyle.
Week 3 – Goals & Actions – In this week you will find out what goals matter to you. You will discover how easy it is to achieve them if you have a strategy and plan in place. You will come away with an action plan, your blueprint to success.
Week 4 – Why Do You Want to Diet? – Find out the real reasons that you want to diet and change your mindset.
Week 5 – Removing Shame – When you feel bad about yourself and look in the mirror often you feel shame. This week you will be removing shame about your body.
Week 6 – Remove Cravings – You will get rid of your cravings for unhealthy foods that you eat the most or start liking healthy foods.
Week 7 – Habits – Habits are your key to success. Get rid of unhealthy habits and put your health on autopilot through healthy habits.
Week 8 – Comfort Eating – Remove comfort eating for good.
Week 9 – Nutrition – Know what to eat so that you can maintain your weight and stop binge eating
Week 10 – Intuitive Eating – Learn how to eat so that you can maintain a healthy lifestyle for life.
Week 11 – Body Positivity – The Body Beautiful Transformation Program is all about loving your body as well as managing your weight
Week 12 – Review – See how far you’ve come in the 12 weeks and retake a look at your goals that you set in week 3. Make some new goals to go out into the future.

Q: What is a Health Coach?
A: A health coach is someone that has training in nutrition and health to help people improve their health to get the most out of life.
Q: What if I don’t have time?
A: There is always time in the day. The sessions are one hour in length and at a time that suits you. It can be at any frequency that you like: once a week, once a fortnight or once a month.
Q: I don’t have the money to spend on coaching.
A: I offer a payment plan for paying off the coaching sessions. Pay up front and get a savings of $100 or choose between a 3 month plan or a 6 month payment plan.
Q: I’ve tried everything and nothing’s worked.
A: I have a tested and tried health plan that can help you to improve your health and mood. Without structure and a plan it’s very easy to fail.
Q: Will I lose weight on this program?
The Mind & Body Transformation Program is designed to get your to your lowest liveable weight which is the lowest weight that you can go to for your genetic makeup. The program is designed to make you change the way you look at dieting in order to start eating healthy in order to maintain a healthy diet for life.
Q: Will the meal plan support my mental health?
We sit down together to design a meal plan just for you. Based on your food preferences we will come up with recipes that are full of foods that are rich in nutrients that support mental health like B12 and Omegas 3 and 6.
